Ice and Water Shield will protect your home from ice dams and water backup that occur during extraordinary weather conditions such as extreme cold and extreme rain. A normal roof installed to manufactured specification will leak under these extreme weather occurrences Ice and water shield is your only protection against this happening to you. Currently, Indiana code does not require the installation of an Ice and Water Shield at eaves, rakes, and all penetrations although most of our neighboring states do. |
